What to include in your message

Clear subject lines help us respond faster. Here are the details that matter for common requests:

  • Broken copy button or generator issue: include your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.), device model (e.g. iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S24) and operating system version. A screenshot is always helpful.
  • Font not displaying correctly: tell us which style you copied and where you pasted it (Instagram bio, Discord nickname, game rename screen, etc.). Some platforms block certain Unicode ranges.
  • New style or symbol request: paste an example of the characters you want added, or describe the look you are going for (e.g. "soft coquette divider with bows").
  • Business or advertising inquiries: briefly describe your proposal and include relevant links.
  • Privacy or legal questions: reference our Privacy Policy, Terms or Disclaimer and state your concern clearly.

Before you write — quick fixes

  • Boxes (□) instead of letters? Your device may lack support for that Unicode range. Try bold, italic, small caps or circled styles — they work on the widest range of devices.
  • Style stripped after pasting? Some apps only accept plain ASCII in certain fields (e.g. login usernames). Display names and bios usually accept full Unicode.
  • Page not loading? Clear your browser cache or try a private/incognito window. Our site is static and requires no login.
