These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aesthetic Font at https://aaestheticfont.com (the "Site", "Service"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of the service

Aesthetic Font provides a free, browser-based tool that converts plain text into styled Unicode characters ("aesthetic fonts"), along with libraries of symbols, lenny faces, text art and bio templates. The Service is provided for personal and commercial use in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use generated text to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate or discriminate against others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape the Site at abusive rates, or interfere with normal operation (including DDoS attacks or automated bulk requests that degrade performance).
  • Rebrand, mirror or resell the Site or its content as your own product without written permission.
  • Use the Site to distribute malware, spam or illegal content.
  • Circumvent platform rules of third-party services (Instagram, TikTok, games, etc.) in ways that violate those platforms' terms of service.

Generated Unicode text may be copied and used anywhere Unicode is supported, for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the rules of the platform where you paste it.

4. Intellectual property

Unicode characters are part of an open international standard and are not owned by us. You are free to copy and use styled Unicode output.

Our content — including site design, code, written guides, category names, branding and original artwork — is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from substantial portions of the Site without our prior written consent.

Trademarks of third-party platforms mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless explicitly stated.

5. No accounts

The Service does not require registration. We do not provide user accounts and are not responsible for content you create or paste using our tools on external platforms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • Every font style will render correctly on every device, operating system or application.
  • The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
  • Styled usernames will be accepted by every game, social network or form field.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AESTHETIC FONT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FROM PLATFORM-SIDE RESTRICTIONS (E.G. A GAME REJECTING A USERNAME, AN ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, OR LOST RENAME CARDS).

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS (WHICHEVER IS GREATER — NOTE THE SERVICE IS FREE, SO $50 APPLIES AS A REASONABLE CAP WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aesthetic Font and its operators from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of ads or the practices of advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

10. Modifications

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country require otherwise.
